Technological advancement of our products is on the highest level. Years of experience, gathering information and researching of the worst types of dirt result in the best means for its elimination. We offer our customers a wide range of products each of which is made from combination of natural and synthetic fibers. These fibers compose a unique, tough net and have the best, selected properties of paper and high quality textile products. Thanks to our solutions we achieve products of very high quality, more absorbent, tougher, long-lasting and soft.
Excellent toughness of our unwoven fabrics is ensured by the Spuncale-hydro entanglement technology which we use. Our unwoven fabrics are produced by means of targeting multiple water streams under very high pressure to the prepared fabrics which lie on a tape. In this ecological way the loose fabrics become entangled with streams of water thus creating very durable unwoven fabric. This natural production method guarantees almost total exclusion of other binding materials while preserving 100% effectiveness. It also allows us to produce unwoven fabrics certified for contact with food and with antibacterial qualities. These are the only ones with such qualities on the Polish market.
Our cloths are made of viscose, a synthetic fiber made of only natural compounds and of natural fibers combined together using Spuncale-hydro entanglement technology. An open weave of our fabrics guarantees better removal of dirt – cleaning is more hygienic and the fibers remain fresh longer. Using cleaning chemicals does not decrease the effectiveness of our materials.
We have full control over the production process- starting with manufacturing the fabrics and ending with the final product ready to use.
